Our department specializes in developing complete electrical and automation projects, starting from a concept created based on close consultations with the client or a specialist designated by the client. Beginning with the design of power concepts at the HV (High Voltage) level and progressing through the MV (Medium Voltage) network, we proceed to the design of individual main and local LV (Low Voltage) switchgear. Depending on the energy requirements and power supply reliability, we design single- or dual-section switchgear with automatic or manual power switching (interrupted or uninterrupted).
Simultaneously, another team works on the concept and subsequent design of measurement and automation equipment. They select the best type of measurement and control for the specific installation, using PLC controllers with input/output cards distributed throughout the facility or a DCS system if required by the client or the complexity of the installation.
The equipment and functionality of control rooms are also treated with utmost seriousness by our team for the convenience and safety of engineers operating the facility. We design and equip main and auxiliary control rooms with devices for visualizing and controlling even the most complex production plants in virtually any industry, including:
• Commercial and Hydroelectric Power Plants,
• Combined Heat and Power Plants,
• Refineries,
• Oil Ports and Gas Terminals,
• Gas Fields and Open-Pit Mines,
• Automotive Industry,
• Food Industry,
• Aviation Industry.
We also undertake General Contracting, including the development of multi-discipline projects and inter-discipline coordination (construction, structural, and technological installations).
When executing tasks for the General Contractor, we work together with their representative to develop details and standards for all subcontractors in the areas of:
• Power supply,
• Sensors,
• Actuators, valves, etc.,
• Servo drives,
• Frequency converters,
• Process control,
• Process visualization.
